It shall be a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code, for any person during a disaster to wilfully do any of the following: (Ord. 251, 7-7-2004, eff. 7-7-2004; amd. 2018 Code)
A. Hinder any member of the Disaster Services Organization in the enforcement of any lawful rule or regulation issued pursuant to this chapter or in the performance of any duty imposed upon him by virtue of this chapter.
B. Do any act forbidden by any rules or regulation issued pursuant to this chapter.
C. Wear, carry, or display without authority any means of identification specified by disaster services. (Ord. 251, 7-7-2004, eff. 7-7-2004)
