A. Committee Established; Organization: Pursuant to Idaho Code title 22, chapter 24, the Latah County Weed Control Advisory Committee is hereby established. Said committee shall be organized and perform all duties with respect to State and County designated noxious weeds set forth in Idaho Code title 22, chapter 24, and this chapter.
B. Membership; Terms; Meetings: The Weed Control Advisory Committee shall consist of not less than five (5) and not more than fifteen (15) members, who shall serve a term of two (2) years. Said committee shall meet at least four (4) times per year on such dates and times as the committee shall determine. At least fifty percent (50%) of the members of the committee must be present to constitute a quorum. All actions of the committee must be approved by a majority of the committee members present and voting. (Ord. 135, 6-13-1994)
