As used in and for purposes of this chapter, all definitions contained in Idaho Code title 22, chapter 24, or its successor, are hereby adopted, unless modified herein:
COUNTY: Latah County or its Board of County Commissioners (hereinafter called "the Board").
COUNTY NOXIOUS WEED: Any plant having the potential to cause injury to public health, crops, livestock, land or other property; and which is designated as noxious by the Board.
NOXIOUS WEED FUND: The County Noxious Weed Fund, which is hereby created and established and shall be maintained in the County and which shall be used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the County's role in noxious weed control. (Ord. 135, 6-13-1994; amd. 2018 Code)
