4-2-1: PURPOSE:
The purpose of this chapter is to designate Latah County noxious weeds, legal requirements, duties, and responsibilities of parties to which this chapter applies, and to provide the statutory and financial means for the control of Latah County noxious weeds. (Ord. 135, 6-13-1994)
