4-1-1: INTENT:
   A.   The intent of this chapter shall be to promote and enhance an environment conducive to the preservation and growth of the farm industry in Latah County.
   B.   This chapter is not intended to be construed as affecting, diminishing, or compromising existing County ordinances, or State or Federal laws, rules or regulations. (Ord. 117, 3-9-1993, eff. 3-14-1993)
