No alcoholic beverages shall be sold, dispensed or given away in any place licensed under this chapter between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. However, any patron present on the licensed premises at two o'clock (2:00) A.M., as provided herein, shall have a reasonable time not to exceed thirty (30) minutes to consume any alcoholic beverage already served.
