Renewal of a license shall be on forms prescribed and furnished by the County Clerk's Office. Renewal forms shall be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the current license. The required license fee and an affidavit verifying that the information contained in the original application is unchanged must accompany a renewal form. (Ord. 361, 4-30-2018, eff. 4-30-2018)
