3-1-2: LICENSE:
It shall be unlawful for any person or licensee to sell, keep for sale, or dispense any alcoholic beverage without first obtaining a license required by Idaho State law and this chapter. (Ord. 361, 4-30-2018, eff. 4-30-2018)
