The committee shall be appointed annually at a meeting of the Board of County Commissioners held during the month of December of each year. Appointees shall serve from January 1 through December 31 of the following year. In the event that any member is absent without notice for three (3) meetings during any year, that position shall be declared vacant. Any vacancy shall be filled by committee recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners for the unexpired term. Members shall serve at the will and pleasure of the Board of Commissioners and may be removed by the Board at any time with or without cause. (Ord. 145, 12-27-1994, eff. 1-2-1995)
