1-11-3: ADMINISTRATION; USER FEES:
   A.   Governing Board And Administrator: The Board of County Commissioners shall be the Governing Board for the establishment and operation of the emergency communication system described herein. The Sheriff of Latah County is designated as the Administrator of the system, and his office shall receive and service all calls made on the system.
   B.   User Fees; Fund: The user fees shall be transmitted to the Treasurer of Latah County, who shall deposit such funds into a fund which shall be established by the County auditor. Said fund shall be designated as the "911 Fund" and expenditures therefrom shall be paid upon the presentation of a voucher submitted by the Administrator, and approved by the Governing Board.
