To achieve the purpose of this title and comply with the provisions of the Latah County Comprehensive Plan and the Local Land Use Planning Act, the County shall establish land use zones, regulations, and development standards. The regulations developed to implement these zones and standards shall be administered and enforced by the Planning Department and shall apply to all property subject to the authority of the Board of Latah County Commissioners as provided by Idaho Code Title 67, Chapter 65.
