A. The rules, regulations, and minimum standards adopted by the Airport Board of the Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport on July 18, 1972, are hereby ordered by the Latah County Commissioners, and Latah County hereby joins in their adoption by the said Airport Board.
B. That certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, being marked and designated as "Rules and Regulations Pullman-Moscow Airport and Minimum Standards For Commercial Aeronautical Activities", is hereby incorporated at this point as though set out in "Haec Verba" and hereby is adopted.
