Having determined that it is necessary to regulate the parking of motor vehicles on property owned by Latah County which is open to the public for vehicular travel and parking, the Board of County Commissioners hereby adopts, by reference thereto, the provisions of Idaho Code sections 49-117(1), 49-209, and 49-660.
