6-1-6: PENALTIES:
   A.   Punishment of any misdemeanor offense shall be as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 343, 8-1-2016; amd. 2018 Code)
   B.   Punishment for any infraction shall be as provided in the Idaho Infraction Rules, IIR 9 as now or hereafter amended, revised, recodified or renumbered. (Ord. 343, 8-1-2016)
