§ 31.127  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
   (A)   The duties and responsibilities of the Director of Public Relations and Community Development shall include the following:
      (1)   To perform such actions as may be appropriate to support and encourage public relations, community development and related services, including, but not limited to, assisting in regard to public communications and assistance with Freedom of Information Act, amongst other services;
      (2)   To perform such other duties as may, from time to time, be designated by the Mayor and/or by the City Council as a whole of the City of LaSalle.
   (B)   The duties and responsibilities upon the Director of Public Relations and Community Development shall not be effective as to a particular Director of Public Relations and Community Development until the Director of Public Relations and Community Development has actually been appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council as set forth above herein.
