§ 129B.13  ADDITIONAL PROHIBITIONS.
   Additionally, it shall be a violation of this chapter for any driver of a pedicab, while on duty, to:
   (A)   Drink any intoxicating liquor.
   (B)   Use or be under the influence of any unlawful drugs.
   (C)   Use any profane or obscene language.
   (D)   Disturb the peace in any way.
