§ 129B.12  NON-TRANSFERABILITY.
   (A)   A pedicab license decal is non-transferable.
   (B)   Each license shall last from the date of issuance until the end of the city fiscal year which ends on April 30 each year. Regardless of what date the license is obtained, the fee in regard to obtaining the license remains the same.
