(A) Any violation of this chapter by the holder of a license issued hereunder shall be grounds for suspension or revocation of the license by the Mayor.
(B) Any denial of license application for either a pedicab business and/or a pedicab operator may be appealed to the Circuit Court of LaSalle County under the Administrative Review Act of the State of Illinois.
