§ 129B.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

The operation of any pedicab vehicle upon the streets of the city for transporting persons for hire or as a contractual service is a violation of this chapter unless operating in accordance with a valid license issued pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 96-58, 9-9-1996)
