For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY. The City of LaSalle, Illinois.
PEDICAB. Any vehicle that is a manually operated bicycle-type vehicle pulling a cart for two passengers equipped with handles and other equipment required by state law by slow-moving vehicles to operate on the street.
PEDICAB OPERATING LICENSE. A license granted to a person and authorizing a person to operate a pedicab on the streets of the city.
