§ 133.13 EVENTS CAUSING ANNOYANCE OR INJURY PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to rent, use or allow to be used, any yard, ground or grave, or other real estate within the city for public picnics or open air dances, to be conducted in such manner as to be an annoyance or injury to the public.
