§ 129.03 REGULATIONS.

The City of LaSalle hereby authorizes home kitchen operations as described in Section 3.6 of the Food Handling Regulation Enforcement Act (ILCS Ch. 410, Act 625, § 3.6) including, but not limited to, the following provisions of said Act:

(A) Monthly gross sales do not exceed $1,000.

(B) A notice is provided to the purchaser that the product was produced in a home kitchen.
