§ 129.02  HOME KITCHEN OPERATIONS PERMITTED.
   Home kitchen operations, as defined by the Food Handling Regulation Act, as amended, are permitted within the City of La Salle. The sale of non-potentially hazardous food by home kitchen operations is permitted in accordance with the Food Handling Regulation Enforcement Act.
