It shall be unlawful for any device licensee or his or her employees and agents to permit a minor to be present on the premises and playing amusement devices herein defined in violation of curfew laws or to permit any person under the age of 16 years to be present on the premises and playing the amusement devices between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. when school is in session.
