§ 128.045 SPECIAL REGULATIONS.

No license issued hereunder shall permit the operation of any automatic musical instrument at any place of in any manner which will disturb the peace and quiet of persons outside the licensed premises. No immoral or indecent selections shall be played on any such instrument.
