For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AUTOMATIC MUSICAL INSTRUMENT or AUTOMATED MUSICAL AMUSEMENT DEVICE. any phonograph, piano player, music box, juke box, or other instrument or device capable of producing or reproducing any vocal or instrumental sounds, other than a motion picture sound machine, which is governed or controlled by the deposit of a coin or token.
