§ 128.026  LICENSE FEE.
   Every applicant for any such license shall first pay therefor into the treasury $50 and the license shall be subject to revocation by the Mayor whenever it shall appear to the Mayor’s licensee satisfaction that the licensee has wilfully violated any of the provisions of this subchapter.
