§ 128.013 OUTDOOR AMUSEMENTS; CLOSING HOURS.

It shall be unlawful to operate any public park, course, track, garden, or other place devoted or used for outdoor amusement or recreation purposes between the hours of 12:00 midnight, and 7:00 a.m. of the following day.
