(A) No person shall operate any shooting gallery or place for target shooting within the city, without first obtaining a license therefor. This license fee for shooting galleries shall be $50 per annum, and for shorter periods, the sum of $1 per day for the issuance of a license.
(B) No license shall authorize the firing of any gun in violation of any provision of this code, nor shall it authorize the establishment of any shooting gallery or target practice in any alley, or in any enclosed place within the city.
(C) No shooting gallery shall remain open after 11:00 p.m. of any day.
