Licenses for a period of less than 9 months may be issued under the same terms and conditions as hereinafter set forth upon payment of the following license fees:
(A) For a period of more than 6 months and less than 9 months a total license fee equal to 80% of the annual license fee.
(B) For a period of more than 3 months and not more than 6 months a total license fee equal to 55% of the annual license fee.
(C) For more than 1 month and not more than 3 months a total license fee equal to 35% of the annual license fee.
(D) For a period of 1 month or any part thereof more than 1 week a total license fee equal to 20 % of the annual license fee.
(E) Fora period of 1 week a total license fee equal to 15% of the annual license fee.
(F) For a period of less than 1 week at the daily rate of 10% of the annual license fee; provided, that the daily license fee of an amusement of the second class shall be 3% of the annual fee.
