§ 128.004  NOTICE OF VIOLATION; REVOCATION.
   When any licensed person shall be charged with violating the provisions of the licensee’s license as aforesaid, the Mayor is directed to give the parties accused reasonable notice thereof and to inquire into the truth of the charge and to hear evidence for and against said charge, and if the accusations be sustained to the Mayor’s satisfaction, the license of any such person may be revoked.
