§ 125.14 TATTOOING OF PERSONS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE.

In accordance with ILCS Ch. 720, Act 5, § 12C-35, no person under the age of 18 may be tattooed except by a person authorized to practice medicine or osteopathic medicine as set forth in this chapter.
