The manner of registration shall be that a contractor desiring to engage in the business of construction as defined herein the city, shall file an application with the building inspection office, and pay the fee as required. The fee required for registration shall be as provided in the LaSalle City Fee Schedule regarding contractor's fees, building permit, and building inspection fees as set forth within § 124.06 of Title XI, Chapter 124 of the LaSalle City Code.
