For purposes of this chapter, the term CONTRACTOR means any person and/or entity engaged in the type of business of constructing, altering, or repairing residential, commercial, and/or industrial structures and accessory structures, and in particular the following types of contractors:
(A) General contractors;
(B) Carpentry contractors;
(C) Concrete contractors;
(D) Deck, porch, or balcony contractors;
(E) Demolition and wrecking contractors;
(F) Drywall contractors;
(G) EIFS, Dryvit, and plastering contractors;
(H) Electric contractors;
(I) Excavation contractors;
(J) Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractors;
(K) Masonry contractors;
(L) Sewer and drainage contractors;
(M) Swimming pool and hot tub contractors;
(N) Water and damproofing contractors.
