§ 118.17 RESPONSIBILITIES OF EMPLOYER.

It shall be the responsibility of the permittee and the employer of any person purporting to act as masseurs and masseuses to insure that each person employed as a masseur or masseuse shall first have obtained a valid permit pursuant to this chapter.
