§ 110.15  LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell at retail any alcoholic liquor, or have in his or her possession or offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor within the corporate limits of the city without first having obtained a license and given bond therefor as herein provided and having paid to the Liquor Commissioner the license fee for such license hereinafter fixed, or in violation of the terms of such license.  All licenses hereunder shall be granted and issued by the Liquor Commissioner.  Where 2 or more such locations, places, or premises are under the same roof at 1 street address a separate city retailer’s license shall be obtained for each such location, place, or premises.
