It shall be unlawful to construct or maintain or permit to remain any fence or other structure, or any bushes or other plants on a corner lot within the distance of 15 feet from the curb in each direction, which obstructs the view, at a height of more than 2 feet 6 inches above the level of the adjacent street pavement.
