§ 91.76 POWER OF POLICE CHIEF TO PROHIBIT KEEPING OF ANIMALS.

The Chief of Police of the City of LaSalle shall have the power to issue an order prohibiting the keeping of any other animal, fowl or bird not otherwise defined herein which is deemed within the appropriate reasonable and rational discretion of the Chief of Police to pose a health hazard to the general public.
