(A) For the purpose of this subchapter
WEEDS are defined as follows: jimson, burdock, ragweed, thistle, cocklebur, wild lettuce, smartweed, dog fennel, wild carrot, wild parsnip, hogweed, dandelions, or other weeds or grass of any description in excess of 6 inches high found existing on any lot and/or tract of land in the city.
(B) Weeds, as defined in division (A) above of this section, are hereby declared to be a nuisance, and it shall be unlawful to permit any such weeds including, but not being limited to, grass in excess of 6 inches to exist in any such place.
