§ 72.06  STANDING OR PARKING CLOSE TO CURB.
   Except when necessary in obedience to traffic regulations or traffic signs or signals, the operator of a vehicle shall not stop, stand or park such vehicle in a roadway other than parallel with the edge of the roadway, headed in the direction of traffic, and with the curbside wheels of the vehicle with 1 foot of the edge of the roadway, except as provided in the following divisions:
   (A)   Upon those streets which have been marked or signed for angle parking, vehicles shall be parked at the angle to the curb indicated by such marks or signs.
   (B)   No vehicle shall remain standing in any street for the purpose of unloading or loading merchandise for a longer period than 30 minutes in any 1 place, unless parked in the manner provided for hereinabove.
