§ 70.04  POLICE SIGNALS.
   One blast of a police whistle shall indicate that the east and west traffic must stop and the north and south traffic may proceed; 2 blasts indicates that the north and south traffic must stop and the east and west traffic may proceed. Three or more blasts is a signal alarm, and indicates the approach of danger.
