§ 50.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   In addition to all of the other rights and remedies provided herein in reference to the City of LaSalle, in the event that any person and/or entity should be found guilty of violating any section of this chapter by a court of competent jurisdiction, then in any of these events, an additional remedy for such violations shall be a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each violation of this chapter, and for each day that any violation of this chapter exists, the same shall be considered an additional violation of this chapter. The remedies provided herein are in addition to all of the other rights and remedies of the City of LaSalle as provided within this chapter and/or otherwise allowed by law.

   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 50.06 shall be subject to a fine of up to $500 for each violation. Additionally, each day that a violation of § 50.06 continues to exist shall constitute an additional violation of § 50.06.
