Management and administrative responsibility for the investment program is hereby delegated to the City Comptroller. The City Comptroller shall report to the Mayor of the City of LaSalle. The Treasurer, the Comptroller and the Mayor of the City of LaSalle shall meet on an ad hoc basis as determined by the Mayor to review the operation of the investment program and to modify this investment policy in any manner deemed appropriate subject to the approval of the City of Council of the City of LaSalle, Illinois.
