After the preparation of a tentative report and ordinance, the Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a public hearing thereon, public notice of which hearing shall be published in a newspaper not more than 30 nor less than 15 days prior thereto, and such notice shall state the place where copies of the tentative ordinance are available for examination.
