By no later than December 31st of each year, the City shall cause an independent auditor to complete an audit of the City of La Puente Public Safety, Vital Services and Neighborhood Protection Measure. Such report shall review whether the tax revenues collected pursuant to this Chapter are collected, managed, and expended in accordance with the requirements of this Chapter.
