(A) The Parks and Recreation Board intends to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 USC 12101 et seq.).
(B) (1) Regulations of the U.S. Department of the Interior prohibit unlawful discrimination in departmental programs on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, or disability.
