§ 70.02 UTILITY PLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE.
   (A)   The LaPorte County Council hereby adopts  regulations concerning the placement and maintenance of utilities as set forth in Exhibit A to Ordinance 2005-01 which is adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein.
   (B)   The County Highway Department will adopt guidelines and procedures for the implementation of such controls.
   (C)   The County Highway Department will further notify all utilities currently utilized on county road right-of-ways.
