Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-14-3, the Board hereby establishes the LaPorte County Department of Redevelopment (the "Department"), for the purposes and to exercise the powers set forth in the Act or otherwise granted by law. The Department will be controlled by a board of seven members to be known as the LaPorte County Redevelopment Commission (the "Redevelopment Commission"), all of whom shall be appointed in accordance with I.C. 36-7-14.
