(A) The Home Advisory Board is established to assist the Board of Commissioners in reviewing operations, management, and maintenance needs regarding the continuation and preservation of the LaPorte County Home.
(B) Such advisory board will consist of nine members all with one-year terms and specified as follows:
(1) A County Commissioner appointed by the County Commissioners.
(2) A Councilperson appointed by the Council.
(3) A medical professional, doctor or nurse appointed by the County Commissioners.
(4) Four citizen members, two to be appointed by the County Commissioners and two to be appointed by the Council.
(5) The Director of the County Home by virtue of such office.
(6) Director of Building Maintenance by virtue of such office.
(C) The Board will meet at least quarterly to review operations and facilities and make recommendations as appropriate to the Board of Commissioners.
