§ 34.04  SECURITY SCANNING IN COUNTY COURTHOUSES.
   (A)   All individuals entering into the county courthouses to include employees and the general public, will be required to pass through a metal detection unit and searched, if necessary, prior to entering into any county courthouses.
   (B)   The Sheriff and the county courthouse security detail will provide other additional policies regarding the scanning and the ingress and egress of the county employees and other individuals who are known to frequent the courthouse due to business concerns on a regular basis.
   (C)   Any individual who fails to abide by the requirements of the county courthouse security detail shall be denied entry into the county courthouses.
